This tool offers the benefits of transparency within the workforce by displaying all team members, including Medical Students, Physician Assistants, Intern Residents, Consult Residents, Chief Residents, and Attending Physicians. Users can select their hospital site and chosen surgery service to join a specific "med team" session, where individuals with the same selections are grouped together.
